Responsibilities

Conduct company's human resources planning and management, to develop and allocate HR resources  to accelerate the company's sustainable development.

—— Major responsibilities

1. Prepare and guide HR-related strategic planning and annual working program;

2. Improve human resources management system; research, design and prepare human resources management model and management system;

3. Improve employees' salary system, performance assessment and employee training system to increaseemployees' enthusiasm;

4. The company's management should give suggestions concerning related human resources strategy and team building for an effective organization to transform;

5. Design career planning for the company's employees and guide subsidiary enterprises to carry outcareer planning;

6. Conduct construction of HR informatization and various specific jobs; handle major HR-related issues;

7. Complete tasks assigned by the company's leaders

Basic job requirements:

—— Educational background: Masters degree or above in HR management or related disciplines

—— Experience: HR management in a large enterprise for more than 8 years and act as chief human resources officer for more than 3 years ( priority is given to the person who has experience in the rubber industry).

—— Good English reading, writing and speaking skills  

—— Under the age of 45 and in good health

Technical requirements

—— Provided with comprehensive theoretical knowledge in human resources, wages, social insurance and employee recruitment; familiar with HR and labor-related laws and regulations;

—— Familiar with HR management system and work flow

—— Provided with rich experiences in modern enterprise's HR management; ability to solve complicated problems timely and efficiently

—— Provided with strong ability to communicate with the company leaders, departments and subsidiary enterprises;

—— Conduct work meticulously and have creative thinking;

—— Strong capability to make decisions, communications and coordination;

—— Provided with good affinity, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility;

Key performance index

—— Compatibility of HR strategic planning to the company's goal and practical situations for implementation;

—— Preparation and implementation of annual HR work plan

—— The subsidiary company's HR-related jobs and the company's management system should by coordinated, supervised and under guidance.

—— Analyze HR-related situations for the total system regularly and propose how to implement the plan for structural optimization (including employee team building, HR structural optimization, employee's growth and technical improvements and labor productivity upgrades)

—— Respond to emergency and complicated problems timely and effectively
