Carbon black series:

Hard carbon black: N100 series, N200 series and N300 series

Soft carbon black: N500 series, N600 series, N700 series, N800 series and N900 series

Low hysteresis carbon black: DZ-13 and DZ-40

Pigment carbon black: R3, MCF-2 and MCF-E

Conductive carbon black: V series such as V4 and V7; SL series such as SL-10, SL-15 and SL-30; LI series such as LI-50, LI-60 and LI-70

New TC carbon black: new-type carbon black TC350 and TC650,  in place of semi-reinforcing furnace black, are widely used in rubber wares.

Precipitated silica: silica for ordinary rubber, silica for silicon rubber, highly-dispersed silica, silica for toothpaste, and silica for pesticide carrier as well as ultrafine silica and hydrophobic silica; packaged technology for precipitated silica: provide clients with technology transfer, engineering design, general contracting and technology consultation on single precipitated silica equipment of over 20,000-t/a.

Special macro molecular materials:

The new and special high temperature resistant engineering plastics -C-PEK, is applicable to the automotive industry, aerospace, rail, engineering industry, electrics and medicine.

New carbon nanomaterials: applying combustion method to produce fullerene-C60/C70 and carbon nanotube in batches.

Engineering technology:

New packaged technology and equipment for hard carbon black of 15,000~40,000-tons/year (oil -oil line and oil-gas line);

New packaged technology and equipment for soft carbon black of 15,000~40,000-tons/year (oil -oil line and oil-gas line);

Packaged technology and equipment for natural gas semi-reinforcing carbon black of 1,500~30,000 tons/year (natural gas and coal bed methane);

Packaged technology and equipment for  silica of 5,000~20,000-tons/year (quartz sand, rice husk ash and opoka);

Packaged technology and equipment for acetylene carbon black of 1000-tons/year;

Packaged technology and equipment for comprehensive utilization of tail gas (tail gas boilers and tail gas power generation);

Packaged technology and equipment for disposal of "Three Wastes" in carbon black factories;

Packaged technology and equipment for processing carbon black feedstock;

Packaged technology and equipment for industrial waste incineration and comprehensive utilization of energy-savings.

Special energy-savings and environmental-friendly products:

Energy-savings and environmental protections: new bag filters, air pre-heaters, exhaust-heat boilers , raw oil pre-heaters and fuel oil pre-heaters for hard and soft carbon black of 15,000~40,000-tons /year;

Rotary: new rotary dryers, pulverizers, magnetic separators, screeners and wet pelletizers for  hard & soft carbon black of 15,000~40,000-tons/year;

Others: hoisters, spiral conveyers, airtight valves and three-way valves;

Control equipment: high temperature control valves  and self-operated atmospheric valves;

New equipment: enciphers, inductive conveyors, sorters  and self-cleaning filters.

Analytical instruments:

TBY-10 specific surface area determinator: used for measuring CTAB specific surface area of carbon black and silica, and automatic turbidity titration in chemical analysis.

TBY-20 pressure filtration device:  applicable to mixed liquid filtration and separation before CTAB specific surface area testing, and filter operations for analysis and test in medicine, chemical industry and environmental protection.

TBY-30 carbon black resistivity tester: used for testing on resistivity of acetylene black, regular and constant-speed mixing and dispersing of other analytical reagents and resistance measurement.

TBY-40 oil absorption meter: used for DBP absorption value measurement of carbon black and silica.

TBY-50 ultrasonic electromagnetic disperser: used together with TBY -10 and TBY -20, and applicable for cleaning small precise and valuable components.

TBY-60 watering screen residue determination device: used for measuring carbon black screen residue from various meshes such as 35-mesh (500μm), 100-mesh (150μm) and 325-mesh (45μm); silica screen residue from 325-mesh (45μm) and 100-mesh (150μm); as well as measurement of screen residue from other chemical products.

TBY-70 carbon black compressor: used for destroying the secondary structure of carbon black to facilitate measurements of primary structure.
