To develop special carbon black and high-performance carbon black;

To develop its special carbon black and high-performance carbon black supplies.

To expand to strategic emerging materials:

To research and develop special resins and composites with high performance and find industrial expansion in the new materials field;

To become the new carbon nano-materials R &D base and complete developments of fullerenes and carbon nanotubes industrialization pilot technology.
